I spend time looking for interesting venues for painting and when I can I paint outdoors.
The miniature watercolours were an experiment which was well received and resulted in commissions from visitors to my exhibition in Falmouth. I sometimes use a blend of ink and colour which helps with definition. I enjoy using paint to show a variety of texture on rocks, buildings and vegetation.
